Having said that, I'm happy to report that Todd did contact me after his return (without further prompting from me). By this time, I had contacted another electrician, but 4 business days after talking with this second guy, he hadn't called me back, either, so I went ahead with Todd. We set an appointment and he arrived at my home promptly, assessed the work to be done, and did it efficiently and professionally.
I'm happy to say that all of the jobs I needed doing were completed within a few hours. He did quality work and now that we've established a relationship I would happily use his services again and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
