HORRIBLE customer service. We recently had them come out to only pump the septic and nothing else. Needless to say, they left a huge hole in the front yard with a tower of large rocks coming out of it. I contacted the owner via text, email, and voice mail regarding the situation over the course of a week. I even included the horrible pictures to show what a mess was left of my yard. I never received a reply as to why a hole was dug, why I was charged an extra $60 for it, and more importantly why my yard was left a mess! I wouldn't consider using them and would never recommend their services!!!!

After our septic tank backed-up into our house, they arrived within a of couple hours of our phone call to scope the line and determine the problem which required the replacement of the existing drain line. We schedule the replacement for a later date.  They arrived when they said they would and completed the replacement in the time they said it would take.  They made improvements on the system to make future routine cleanings easier without changing the price.  They took care in minimizing the disturbance and restored the area as best as possible. Overall, they exceeded our expectations.

In the immortal words of cousin Eddie, "s****** was full". We were having done unpleasant things backing up into out basement. We called Buttermore's and they had a truck at our house within 3 hours. The driver, Tony, did an awesome job. He showed us what the problem was and gave us tips on prevention. We will use then again for sure.

Buttermore had the entire job started and cleaned up in two days. Very professional, excellent workmanship (have many photos of the new drains and connections before backfilled). Took as much care as possible to protect my flowers and plantings. Explained everything to us in detail every step of the way. Equipment very clean, workmen clean and polite, property left clean and tidy. Would recommend them highly and use again ourselves.
