We had previously dealt with the father who retired and with whom we were very satisfied. unfortunately we expected the same quality work from the son. We had to get the work redone. The sofa blend down filled pillows were wrapped with some material that bulked up the pillow and made the sofa uncomfortable, that material was removed and additional blend down was put in the pillow to correct the problem. On one of the arm chairs the new upholstery was put over the old upholstery and that had to be corrected in addition to tightening the frame. We didn't do anything with the other armchair but who know what's underneath. Avoid George Upholstery like the plague. There are good upholsters in the Greater Hartford area but he is not one of them !
