Description of Work: We were throughly concerned about the protocol taken the day of the mold removal (which was completely different than discussed in our initial consultation) and necessary precautions to remove the black mold in our attic both for the staff and my family. The staff didn't wear any protective gear. And, the appropriate machine not used to release the mold out of the attic. And, the staff left our attic entry way opened once they wiped and sprayed the chemicals. I would never use or recommend servpro.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT HAS THIS SORT OF A PROBLEM. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB, AND THEY WERE VERY CONSIDERATE OF OUR FEELINGS. OVERALL, THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: WE HAD SM0KE DAMAGE THROUGHOUT OUR WHOLE HOUSE. THEY CLEANED THE WALLS AND THE CEILINGS. THEY ALSO CLEANED THE CARPETS.
