Today I called Quags because in moving my dryer the dryer vent hose came loose. I called Quags and they sent Ezekiel to my house in less than 2 hours and he reconnected the dryer vent hose. Quags refused to charge me for the emergency visit! Quags goes above and beyond! Talk about wonderful customer service! I cannot thank them enough for their great service!

We had a bird in our vent and called Quags right away! Nick came out immediately and assessed the situation. It was a lot more intricate than we had anticipated because of the makeup of our house, but he helped us figure out how to best tackle the situation. He helped us remove two birds and he cleaned out a bird s nest that had accumulated in the vent. He even helped us with a solution that was to code to try to prevent this from happening again. He went well beyond his duties to help us with this situation. We will be sure to call him again in the future for regular cleaning and maintenance of our vents so this doesn t happen again!

Called quickly and made an appt for the next day. Highly professional and noted that my venting hose is not up to code which is good to know considering I will be selling house my house within the next year. But he did shorten the hose that was there that was too long. I would highly recommend. I will be contacting him the future to replace the hose. I would highly recommend Nick.

Nick came to my condo today to clean out my dryer vent! I found this company to be timely with communication and letting me know what time he would arrive. After many attempts to get the right answers to problems with our dryer vent, Nicholas did an excellent job understanding the history and then figuring out and solving the problem. He was very professional and thorough, and during this time of COVID concerns, he was very cautious to social distance and wear gloves during service. We will have him back every year to clean our vents!

Can you give 6 stars? Won t find more complete service at a better price. I will recommend to all family and friends. Cut 30/40 minutes off during time and my case wasn t even that bad.

Quags Dryer Vent Cleaning is an excellent company. They provide excellent service that is dedicated to customer satisfaction. In my case they discovered my dryer vent hose was almost completely clogged shut. The vent hose actually had holes melted in it. They replaced the vent hose. I have no doubt that had it gone undetected much longer, it would have caused a fire. I never realized how dangerous dryers could be. In the past I would run my clothes dryer at night or when I was not home. If you are searching for a reliable dryer vent cleaning company I would highly recommend using Quags Dryer Vent Cleaning Company.

I really never knew this had to be done. I always clean my lint trap, and assumed that s good enough. Until a friend of mine used Quags Dryer Vent Cleaning and told me about it. I had him come out to clean mine and couldn t believe the amount of lint feathers and other debris that came out. I feel like my dryer was a house fire waiting to happen. Nick was Super personable and professional. And for the price it s a no brainer. I have him scheduled to come out quarterly and keep my dryer safe and efficient. Highly recommend!!
