He did a marvelous job. He did house painting. He painted the inside of the house before I moved in and it was a superb job. I have a friend was a connoisseur on house painting, she's a real critic when it comes to paint, he examined room by room and said it was a beautiful, beautiful job. And when I was living here, he painted the outside of the house and there were things that he gave me advise, he gave me suggestions and everything that he suggested worked and worked well. He painted the inside and 2 years later he painted the outside. The demeanor was friendly and helpful, he was very helpful. In order to sell my house in New York, I had many people that come through with estimates and sales pictures and all kinds of stuff to the point where I stopped, I couldn't hardly paint it, everything was written down and I had read the paper and it was very difficult for me and it's harder for me now because I'm 60 years old. When Sean painted my house, I think I had 1 or 2 other estimates, I don't remember who these people were or what the estimates were but his estimates were good, it was not too low and it was not too high and at that time it was acceptable and I can afford, it was in the middle and I had the experience of him having painted the house inside so I knew it was quality work and I had him come to do the work in the outside.
