NEW BRITAIN PEST CONTROL INC

Wayne, the owner, did not have immediate availability but he gave me a tentative date for when he could come to my house. However, he had a cancellation and was kind enough to call and fit me into his schedule a week earlier than I had planned. As it turned out I did not have an extermination problem but rather I caused these insects (drain flies) by not having used the upstairs bathroom or running water in the sink or bath tub or flushing the toilet for a couple months. Wayne did a thorough investigation including checking the downstairs bathroom and other areas where I had found a few of these insects. I offered to pay him for his time and his professional consultation but he would not take any money. Can you think of any other professional who would come to your home and do a consultation without expecting to be paid for it? I hope I never need him again but Wayne was recommended to me by my sister because he helped her get rid of some carpenter (I think) ants promptly and at a reasonable price and she's like Mikey on the old t.v. cereal commercial ("He hates everything!") so I knew if she was pleased then he'd work out fine for me... I would recommend Wayne as a professional for his honesty, promptness, and thorough assessment. It also doesn't hurt that he is very personable with a great sense of humor.
