"Hi [removed name], Thank you so much for your review on Angies list we really appreciate it. These days it is all about getting reviews online to help us grow."
The windows were washed but everything else was hit or miss. And to top it off, one of the "girls" left me a note saying "she hoped I liked what they did". They never got to do everything and what they did do was poor. Obviously, one of the problems was that they were not given enough time to do the job, which was infuriating because I spelled out exactly what I wanted when I called the first time . I called and complained to the new owner, "Peter", and he said he would send out a new crew to re-do. He did send out a new 2-woman crew but they got there about 1 1/4 hours before I had to leave. They started cleaning what the others had missed and after telling them again what I wanted, I was told...."we don't wash walls" or obviously anything. They take a spray bottle of something and a cloth and wiped. That is NOT washing! I called to speak to Peter again but was told that I should talk to Candy and I got busy and didn't call back till May 20, 2011. I talked to Candy and told her about my dissatisfaction and how I felt I should receive some kind of credit or something and she said she would talk to her "girls" and call me back. She never called back.
