Super fast service. I was in and out in about 20 minutes for my emissions. Very friendly and professional staff. I also go to them for oil changes. They perform them in about 30 minutes. They are a full service mechanic and will do any service you need for your car though I haven't utilized them for anything other than changing some blinkers and headlight bulbs. They always do a good job. The waiting room is better than other mechanics places with a tv and they have a clean bathroom as well.

We brought a used car that we had just purchased for VIN verification so that we can register it with the DMV. The previous owner did the emissions testing 2 months ago, so we did not need it to be done. Despite telling the person at the counter that we didn't need the emissions test, they went ahead and tested it anyway. An honest mistake, but when we learned of this after the test was done, and reminded them that we didn't ask for this, we were told and quot;well, you're going to need it anyway because the DMV will just send you right back hereand quot;. Whether or not this is true - it is not their call to make. We did not ask for that service. We paid for the service and left, but I was disappointed with how they handled the situation.

I had not utilized this location prior to this visit. The service I had come to expect from another Modern Tire location was carried over. I felt that they gave me the real deal and no hassle. I had gone to a different car repair agent close to home as I was hearing a clinking coming from my passenger rear tire coming home from work and they found I had a rod in my tire itself but it was and quot;unfixableand quot;. I told them to put on a spare and I took my care to Modern Tire and they said it was absolutely fixable and fixed the problem at that same time, free of charge given I had gotten my tires from a separate Modern Tire location and were also able to perform my oil change as well along with air filter, too. They went above and beyond and took the time to explain everything and I really am glad I decided to go to them and will definitely repeat my business there, too.

Without an appointment, they started their work on my car within 15 minutes. I have used this shop on multiple occasions and they are usually quite accurate on how long it will take to get to you car. After looking at the car for about 15 minutes, they found a hole where the coolant was leaking out. They estimated the repair would be about $300-$400. When I told them that I would be trading the car in soon they were honest and said I should not bother doing the work. These guys have also changed my oil, tires and done other minor repairs in the past. They are easy to deal with and explain there work in laymens terms
