All they expect a 24 hr notice of cancellation they are well trained by Maria she will if they have time fold your cloths pickup kids toys organize whatever you want they are always the same group of girls

I remember that they were wonderful. Ana, the owner seemed to be quite strict and the price seemed high I remember, but for this high quality service, I found it most worthwhile.

They have been spotty on their attendance. They arrived late and didn't even show one time for us. In terms of quality of cleaning I would give them a B. Their pricing has been fair and their friendliness has been fine. Even after speaking with them about their attendance we have had uneven results after that. I don't know if they have high turnover or what; but there is no consistency here. I will use this company again in the future only if they show up on time.

They came, did a wonderful job, were friendly and professional--great!

They are reliable. I leave the key under the mat and leave a check so it is low maintenance. I've not been home when they have done the cleaning but my husband and nanny have been here. They said they seem like my nice people. My daughter is 15 months old and she seems to like them. I would recommend them but they are actually only doing simple stuff for me. They are inexpensive. They had the best reviews when we were looking for a cleaning service. They are very thorough and they were the cheapest we could find when we were looking. I haven't had to reach out to them. When I initially contacted them they were very fast and flexible and scheduled the consultation on a Saturday. They always come the day they are supposed to come.

I have had Bright Cleaning Services come for biweekly cleaning for about 3 months now and I find their service sub-par. They were frequently late arriving and once did not show up at all. I had to remind them more than once that I have a finnished basement that needed to be cleaned. Also twice they did not clean to my expectations and I had to request that they return to complete the job. In both these cases, they did not adequately clean my kitchen (ie: crumbs on the counter, residue on the stove) and did not wipe down the shower walls. Finally, they charge by the hour and I was paying for three hours but several times found that they had left in under 2.5 hours. I had to let them go because this was not the service I was expecting. I see after reading some other reviews of this company on Angies List that other people had a similar experiance.

I was in the house for the first few hours while the cleaners were here. At that point they started upstairs and when I checked in on them, everything seemed to be going well. They tackled the bathrooms and windows quite well. But then I had to leave for some errands and the cleaners moved into the downstairs. When I came home a few hours later, the cleaners were gone and the house initially looked good. But upon closer inspection, it was clear that they hadn't cleaned out the kitchen cabinets thoroughly. I would have expected that the kitchen received a very thorough cleaning, and was disappointed to see that there were crumbs left over. I also saw that the floor space between the washer and dryer wasn't cleaned. Overall, the cleaners did adequate work, but it wasn't the deep cleaning I was expecting.

They are thorough, friendly, and punctual.

Their service seems to be working out right. My experiences with them have generally been positive. They are reliable. They have come on the dates they say they come. They are not always there at the exact time they originally plan to be, but they are usually within an hour of the time they plan. They are generally courteous and efficient.

They are pretty good, they came by the first day and gave a thorough estimate and stuck to it for the end result.

THE CLEANERS HAVE ALWAYS DONE A GOOD JOB. THEY MAKE SURE THAT THEY CLEAN EVERYTHING CORRECTL, AND WITH THE RIGHT CLEANING PRODUCTS. IT IS NICE THAT THEY BRING ALL THEIR OWN SUPPLIES INSTEAD OF ME SUPPLYING THEM.
