With over 18 years experience and 5 years in the business, Acs Wood Floor LLC, has refinished, and/or installed thousands of hardwood floors. We are one of Connecticut's largest professional hardwood floor specialists. We pride ourselves on professional floor refinishing. We have a powerful vacuuming system to reduce dust. We check our equipment to make certain that the machine is balanced and in good operating condition. We work in Connecticut, New York, Boston and other states. With our time you will find professionals to install, sanding, refinish or just recoating your floor. Also, we offer free estimates.

beyond my expectations. DO NOT WASTE TIME GETTING QUOTES FROM OTHER COMPANIES. this company does fantastic work. the owner is very professional. I gave him the keys to my house and he came in and made my ugly dull floors look like show room floors. GREAT WORK, FAST, RELIABE. END RESULT BEYOND IMPRESSIVE.

Communication is what you make of it. I had to contact them to make sure our appointment was still planned. Also they were always late to appointment by an hour.

Adrian and his crew were great from start to finish. The price was reasonable, they were able to do it within 2 weeks of our meeting, and they started and ended exactly as promised. The guys moved a couch I was struggling with like it was nothing, and I could not believe how clean the house was when they were finished. The floors look amazing and Iâ m thrilled with the outcome. I highly recommend them!

This company did a great job. The floors are 101 years old and they restored them better than I expected possible. Adriano laid down a vinyl kitchen floor that again exceeded what I have gotten from a box store.

Adriano and his crew did a great job. I put my job on home advisor and Adriano showed up next morning took measurement and gave me a quote that day which beat the competition by a thousand dollars. Adriano was very professional throughout and I would highly recommend him for any floors.

This company was the best to work with. I highly recommend them. They refinished my family room, stairs and hallway and they look like brand new floors. The floors are 30 years old and had much wear and tear. The gentlemen that came to my house got to work and didn't stop until the job was done. The owner, Adriano was receptive and responsive each time I contacted him. If you need floor installed or refinished this is the company to do it. They are also very reasonably priced. Shirley

We recently bought a house and needed to refinish the floors before moving in. I reached out to 5 different companies for quotes. All the gentlemen that visited the house were qualified, but Adriano was exceptional in his communication with me. From his first call to the walk thru of the house to his follow-up, I was impressed. His quote wasnâ t the highest or the lowest, but the confidence in him I felt was why I chose ACS. And he didnâ t let me down. His team (shout out to Jay) was awesome. They indulged my indecision about natural or stain and got the job done earlier than I anticipated. I expected dust to be everywhere and was pleasantly surprised at how clean the house was left. Ready for the moving truck to arrive. I highly recommend ACS. You will not be disappointed.

I hired Adriano to refinish the hardwood floors in our home. Upon completion, as they were moving in the appliances as agreed, they damaged the floor, Adriano again refinished the kitchen and dining floor which I was grateful, we were however, charged an additional $600 for that, we did not argue at the time even though we knew that the charge was unfair, we just wanted the job completed; same as the additional $200 we paid to move the appliances and furniture (not originally quoted). After the floor was dry I noticed the fridge was dented and the floor had waves and ripples, I texted Adriano. On 10/29/20, He stated that it probably needed to be re sanded. since I did not hear back from him, I requested That I wanted my money back plus I want the contact information for his insurance company for damage to refrigerator. still have not heard from him .

"My job deal is: Move furniture out, sanding your floors ( living room natural and kitchen stain color ) move your furniture back. Not part the deal put the refrigerator inside the cabinets my deal is put all same place we move out, we cut my right hand because we protect your refrigerator for not damage. Your request to move into the cabinets not part of the deal, I am telling your husband probe scratching your floors, we try to not make any scratching your refrigerator is full and very heavy, after move-in at the place you want. He agreed to pay only labor and material for resending the kitchen."
