Our most recent of many experiences with Tom was with our roof. Our roof is on the older side and we lost some tiles during Hurricane Sandy. We thought we would have to replace our roof. But, Tom checked it out and told us our roof had a few more years left and that he could just patch it for $350...the cost of his labor and supplies. He could have just told us that we needed a new roof, but he didn't. I think that speaks volumes about his integrity. My husband and I will definitely be calling on United Building & Remodeling when we do need that new roof, and when any other projects arise at our home.
