+ -1 moreOur overall impression was not good. The first mechanic that arrived was unprofessional and did not seem to know how to fix it. He added coolant, but that did not change the problem. When asked how we would know if it was fixed, he could not provide a good answer. We called back and the owner came, to see if he could help - but ended up telling us the whole unit needed replacing. While this might be true, we did not have confidence that we were getting a straight answer. I joined this site in hopes that we might find another service to come again.
Description of Work: Our central air was not circulating well, probably due to a fan issue. We were not sure. We asked it to be checked and fixed.
