+ -1 moreI find him very capable and accommodating and reasonable. There weren't that many people that would do this kind of work so the price was not that unreasonable. He seems to be fair and the work was good. The guys he hired are capable and I've been satisfied.
Description of Work: Richard Moore Construction put in a new stairway for me.
