Meticulous, communicative, kind - delivering work that was on time, on budget, and done more beautifully than we ever could have hoped for. Couldn’t recommend more

I worked with Rob about two and a half years ago on a full renovation of my apartment, including a gut-renovated kitchen and bathroom, along with updates throughout the space. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, transparent, and just easy—exactly what you hope for but rarely get in a renovation project. Rob was incredibly organized and stuck to the agreed-upon timelines, which made the whole process feel frictionless. He was also very easy to communicate with—approachable, responsive, and always willing to talk through options. What really stood out to me, though, was his ability to navigate the unexpected. As issues came up (as they always do in a gut reno), he addressed them calmly and offered thoughtful, honest solutions. At no point did I feel like he was upselling or trying to inflate the scope—there was real trust there, and that made all the difference. I highly recommend working with Rob!

The team remodeled two bathrooms and the following year they replaced my outside panels and trim. Painting was also done inside and out. Very capable and courteous crew who were meticulous in their work.

I highly recommend Pattison Group Construction. Mr. Pattison and his team were incredibly easy to work with. Right from the start, Mr. Pattison’s warm yet professional demeanor put me at ease. He was incredibly easy to communicate with. His team was timely, efficient, and most important their workmanship is excellent. Every single person I interacted with was a pleasure. The bathroom was old and had a door that led to the outside, with orange ceramic tile floors, and an odd triangular shaped shower and sink. My new bathroom is beautiful and modern. I included a few pics and it’s even more beautiful in person.

Beautiful renovation. The Pattison Group was a pleasure to work with and very flexible when it came to changes and additions.

Rob did extensive work on our tub/shower area, He responded quickly, gave me a fair quote in a timely fashion and scheduled the work within a week's time. He sent me photos of the work at every phase. He also finished the work in just a couple of days. He listens, and is polite and professional.

We hired PGC to remodel our master bathroom. Rob and his team were polite, on time and respectful of our home at all times. The work area was neat and organised at the end of each workday. Rob was very responsive to all our concerns and questions and kept us up on the progress of the job. He does very good work and I would use his company again.

I hired Rob to replace some very old doors and casing in a 1941 house that has many structural problems. Rob and his team did spectacular work! He is the nicest and most honest contractor we have met. Competitively priced, professional, outstanding work ethic and workmanship. I just hired Rob again to create a new entry way into our living room. I highly recommend Pattison Group Construction and will be using Rob for all my future home repair needs.

Very easy going and willing to negotiate a competitive price. He and his crew were always very professional and I was never concerned about leaving home while they were working there. He took a little extra time than what he had first estimated, in part because of some changes I had requested, but his finish work was immaculate and he always made sure he explained each step along the way- new bathroom for me. Would recommend him highly!
