And he was here 2 hours later.
Fixed a pipe leak while here to do
An estimate- no charge for it-
I will have him do more work.
The job was scheduled and they arrived on time and did a quality job.
I grumbled but he had installed a new water heater and I was very happy with the work, timing and price. The shutoffs were inoperative and when he tried to use them, they leaked badly. If he hadn't insisted, this broken faucet would have been a disaster because all plumbers were prioritizing hurricane damage - houses with feet of water in the basement, sewer systems overflowing into houses versus every thing else.
The only disconcerting thing is that you usually get an answering machine when you call the main number. But they check frequently and prioritize based on the problem and call and/or email back.
I have used him several times. He shows up and does the work when he says he will and cleans up well afterward. His prices are reasonable.
