They were very good!

LG Home Improvement made substantial repairs in our (original) 1950s bathroom. We had had leaking tile and a rotting window in the tub area, which had caused damage over time. Mr. Glidden and his associate replaced rotted studs, subflooring, and sheetrock where needed. He replaced the wooden window with a fiberglass framed, tempered glass one to get it up to safety code. They also installed beadboard around the perimeter of the room to update its look. Note, we did not move fixtures or reconfigure the layout of the room.
We used the tile installer that he recommended as well. (We used our own plumber). All of the work was solid. I can't say enough about Mr. Glidden's carpentry skills and professionalism. It was a good feeling to know that he was capable of handling the issues we ran into along the way, (with rot, etc). On top of that, he is pleasant, trustworthy, and takes time to explain his estimates and material options/choices in detail so you fully understand what is being done and why. I plan to hire him again for future work.

They are very responsive and personable. They are friendly and they went out of their way to avoid costs for us. They rebuilt doors and windows instead of telling us to buy new ones. They are really good at seeing other problems we aren't aware of and fixing them for us. They've been great.
