Very disappointed, very sloppy job. It was a huge mistake hiring them.

There were a lot of puddles in the new driveway after it rained (much more than any of the neighbors). He would only fix one of the puddles. I am afraid of the safety since the puddles freeze in the winter and it is very slippery .His attitude was unprofessional. He yelled over my daughter and me and wouldn't listen to us at all. He refused to fix the driveway.

No one showed up on the scheduled date. When I called to ask if anyone was still going to come out, I was told that a guy unexpectedly had to leave early (but no one bothered to notify me). I was told they would come out the next day - however no one showed up (it did rain late in the afternoon, but I expected to be first on the list since I was bypassed for the day before). No one called to tell me they weren't coming. The crew arrived unexpectedly two days after that. I had to leave and told one of the guys to leave the bill in my mailbox (as I was walking out to my car). There was no bill in the mailbox when I returned. I then played phone tag about the payment. I would gladly have sent the payment immediately, however, I never received a bill and, therefore, I didn't know the exact amount being charged (was there tax added??). I also had no idea of a mailing address. I requested a copy of the bill (or some sort of receipt) three separate times and have yet to receive one. I did end up with a call giving me a mailing address after no one came to pick up the check.
The quality of the work was OK - my driveway is very long and is lined with Belgian blocks so I requested that they use care to not get the sealant on the blocks. There were a number of drips on the blocks, but it wasn't horrible.
While the job was eventually done and was mostly satisfactory, I'm not sure yet whether I would use this company again. This was my 3rd time using this company since 2006 and I felt that my repeat business (and my time) was definitely not valued.

They did an excellent job of doing the foundation work, leveling the area and completely sealing the area. They came back a month later to do the coating on the driveway because it was a rainy season. The work was done very professionally and I could not have been more pleased. They were also very fast, prompt and very attentive to details. There was no damage done to my landscaping, plants or bedding around the driveway. They just did a very high quality work.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. I THINK IT WAS THE QUALITY OF WHAT THEY PUT DOWN IS THE PROBLEM. WHAT HAPPENS IS WHEN YOU SEAL THE DRIVEWAY IN THE FALL AND YOU GET A LOT OF SNOW, THE BLADE TAKES THE SNOW AS WELL AS THE SEALER.
