Jim was prompt, professional and personable. He was careful with all the parts of the piano, and gave me suggestions on maintaining it. It was a pleasure to have him in my home.

I emailed him. I got a quick response and quick appointment. It took about an hour for him to tune the piano. It sounds wonderful now. Last time I had piano 2 of my keys still sounded off. This time everything sounds right.

Excellent professional service. Very thorough, very knowledgeable, very careful, great price. Also a very nice and friendly person - a big plus considering some of the sullen people who have done work for me in other areas! I really can't say enough good things. He works under the name J.B. Piano was about ~5% out of tune, not bad. It is now excellent. James arrived when he said he was going, quietly (as much as you can when you are tuning a piano!) went about doing the tuning, used electronic measuring tools, and completed the job. Not only that, he was willing to coordinate with me to come before the holidays with only one day notice.
