It is important to know about Scott that his work speaks for him. He is a shy man. When we first met him and proposed our remodel ideas, asking "Can you do it?" he tilted his head thoughtfully and said, "Ummmm, Yeah, I think so." Period.  We had been expecting a longer answer. Scott doesn't try to sell himself, but what he does is do what you hire him to do. His results are consistently excellent. He shows up when he says he will, he makes himself available on weekends, he works with whoever he has hired or who is assisting him in an amiable, professional and efficient manner. You will not hear him shouting through the floorboards blasting his music as you try to rock your baby to sleep. He works very, very hard. He might be on the roof when it's humid in the worst August heat and you won't hear him complaining.   
His only weakness is in giving detailed written estimates and receipts, however, if you keep asking, he will deliver. He sticks to the prices he gives you verbally. I would also recommend that you let him hire his own team. We made the mistake of not doing that. We hired our own plumbers and they were a loud, obnoxious group of guys who did not jive well with Scott or bother to communicate so the results were not as good as they could have been. They also blew Scott's estimate. We regretted hiring those plumbers.
We have also concluded that Scott is the type of person that you want to drive by when you're out in the middle of nowhere and your car breaks down. He's just that guy.
