His only weakness is in giving detailed written estimates and receipts, however, if you keep asking, he will deliver. He sticks to the prices he gives you verbally. I would also recommend that you let him hire his own team. We made the mistake of not doing that. We hired our own plumbers and they were a loud, obnoxious group of guys who did not jive well with Scott or bother to communicate so the results were not as good as they could have been. They also blew Scott's estimate. We regretted hiring those plumbers.
We have also concluded that Scott is the type of person that you want to drive by when you're out in the middle of nowhere and your car breaks down. He's just that guy.
