"We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. We rectified the situation by taking the $175 for the mailbox off the bill even though there was a disagreement on Remo hitting the mailbox. We always strive to give our clients the best service we can. Remo always gets positive feedback and is honest and extremely hard-working. We still sent Remo out to service your tank because you have been a longstanding customer, even though you took 3 years to pay your bill from 2015 with many calls and invoices going unanswered by you. We took the proper steps to fix this situation and paid for the mailbox. This is a valid business with a good reputation, You have a business out of your house as well so we are not sure where you are getting the information that it is not valid because of where it is based out of. Again, we are sorry for your bad experience but we did rectify the situation and will continue to strive to give excellent customer service in the future as we always do."
