Excellent Remo came right out and fixed the problem.

On Tuesday morning, 9/4/18, at appoximately 8:30 am, J.A. Epifano's truck, driven by "Remo" arrived at my home to clean my septic tank. In the process of backing down my driveway, the truck hit my mailbox, breaking the post and knocking the mailbox to the ground. My neighbor, whose kitchen window looks out on the end of my driveway, witnessed this and saw the driver stop to apparently check the damage I did not know that she had witnessed this until I saw her on Friday, 9/7/18. I did not see the damage until the afternoon of 9/4/18. When I contacted J.A. Epifano, Annemarie told me she would contact the driver and get back to me. She did not get back to me, but the driver did and he denied hitting my mailbox. I contacted Annemarie again and she told me that Danny Epifano would call me. He called and said that he would come to look at the damage on Thursday, 9/6/18 in the morning. He arrived in the early afternoon I informed him that I had already purchased a new mailbox post and that it was scheduled for installation on Friday, 9/7/18. Danny Epifano came to to my house to look at the damage and said that his driver did not cause the damage. He accused me of lying to try to "weasel out of paying my bill". He said he would sue me if the bill for the cleaning was not paid in full. I did not request compensation for a new mailbox or post, only that J.A. Epifano reimburse me for the $175 cost to install the new post. No satisfaction, and I recommend that you do not use this vendor. This is a shady operator, I suggest that you google the business address at [Address Redacted] to see that the "headquarters".
