My uncle recently gave me an old Steinway that was collecting dust in his living room. It's a great piano, but it was out of tuned and a few keys were stuck. When I contacted inTune about for a tuning, they were very friendly and were able schedule me immediately. I have had previous piano tuned before this, but this was my best experience to date. The technician arrived on time, work quickly (yet effectively) and even fixed the broken keys free of charge! He technician was very knowledgeable on pianos and extremely polite. World class.

He showed up on time, He was very knowledgeable with the history of my piano. He also left me with some tips to keep it clean. He is surprisingly very good at playing as well. Yes, I would recommend him for his tuning service.

They were right on time to our scheduled appointment. Super friendly and professional. Kyle was very careful around our piano and taught me a lot about the insides and how it works! I would definitely recommend in the future. We already have planned for a piano cleaning in several weeks.
