IHS was established in 1991 and is located in Fairfield,Connecticut.We service all of Fairfield and New Haven Counties.We are fully licensed and insured. IHS offers a full line of professional services,including roofing and gutters, interior and exterior home improvements,custom renovations,home repairs and residential home inspections.All work is performed with a personal call to our integrity,excellence and customer satisfaction. He has held a state license for 25 years and a state of Connecticut residential home inspectors license for the pst 15 years. After James installed a new gutter system, I have not had to worry about constant clogging.
Over the last few years, he replaced three old wooden porches with new decking and railings.
He is a highly skilled builder and is always prompt, responsive and reliable. I totally trust his judgment, and call him for all construction and repair needs.
The earlier closet rebuild that he did for me a few years ago (I don't remember date and details that well but I do remember his quality work and ability to fix it quickly) was well done too.
I highly recommend him.
