Prior to using Home Advisor I call a roofing business and waited for three weeks for a roofer to show up. We made arrangements four times to meet and he was a no show. This was an emergency situation. I downloaded the Home Advisor app and filled out my request and sent it. James called me 5 minutes later and was at my house 40 minutes after that! Wow! He found the problem and in less than 24 hours he returned and corrected the problem. Excellent!!

Owner responded personally same day within stated time frame, personally assessed roof leak repair, repaired next day and appears to have fixed leaks, polite/considerate, confident of repair need, clean work, diligent, priced reasonably, apparently has capacity for various size residential jobs, I have over 500 contracting firms that work with me on home energy efficiency projects and rate this company's performance high on that list. Will use Integrity Home Services again this spring for some external structural repairs.

When the jobs was completed, they did a great job cleaning up the site. Everything went as we discussed.
