They have a large and a variety of supplies. Their customer service is extremely lacking. The pricing was the lowest for the sheet rock. I had to tell one guy to leave me alone because he kept steering me in the wrong direction.

Overall, they have been very good. They have a competitive pricing and I do recommend them.

The propane grill came assembled, but improperly: The internal lamp was not connected. But worse, the way it was set up, we could not connect the lamp without disassembling much of the parts and putting it altogether again ourselves. The store manager said there was nothing we could do besides bring in the grill - impossible for us as it is too big for our car. Workmanship issues: The firewood rack rain cover was made of a plastic so flimsy it resembled a plastic shopping bag; at the first frost and light snowfall it became brittle and stuck to itself, so badly that when we tried to open the flap to get wood, it ripped. And not just in one place, but each place we pulled, shredding until nearly useless. The fireplace tool set was of such poor workmanship that the poker tip fell off after about 5 uses. A garden hose that I was told by a rep would work great ended up kinking stiffly in several places, after two uses. Limited selection, despite huge big box format: Trying to buy energy star bulbs, the supply is still sadly limited. No dimmable reflector bulbs equivalent to 50W, for ex. Even the selection of toolboxes is limited; the one I bought has no drawers of any kind. Lack of responsiveness: after requesting a call to schedule an estimate for installing stair tread carpeting, we never heard from them.

Home Depot was very fast to get my windows ordered and installed. They even followed up to make sure there were no problems. The men who came were very professional and neat. They were courteous and friendly as well. There were no problems. I've used them in the past and plan to get some more windows in the future from them.

The results of the project are great and we are happy with the installation and the people who did it. There was a problem where twice they arrived with the wrong sized pieces cut for the job, but they ended up doing a great job.

THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE WAS WRONG, THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE IN THE MORNING AND THEY SHOWED UP AT NIGHT. THE CARPET ACTUALLY LOOKED PRETTY NICE WHEN THEY FINISHED.

I WAS OVERALL VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THEY DIDN'T MAKE ME WAIT AROUND. THEY WERE CLEAN, QUICK, AND EFFICIENT.

WE WERE VERY SATISFIED BECAUSE OF THE CARE AND THE SERVICE TO WORK WITH OUR BUDGET. THEY WERE PROMPT IN KEEPING US INFORMED WHEN THINGS WERE BEING TAKEN CARE OF. THERE WAS A DELAY IN THE SHIPMENT OF THE CARPET AND THE PROMPTNESS OF THE TIME FRAME FOR WHEN THEY ACTUALLY INSTALLED IT

I HAVEN'T HAD A SINGLE PROBLEM. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO AND INSTALLED IT. THE CARPET LOOKS PERFECT IN THE HOUSE. I WOULDN'T WANT ANYTHING CHANGED, AND THAT IS WHAT I LIKED MOST ABOUT IT. THE FINISHED PRODUCT IS HOW I IMAGINED IT.

I PLACED MY ORDER IN APRIL. THE CONTRACT WAS FOR WORK TO BE COMPLETED END OF JUNE. IT WAS COMPLETED OCTOBER 22, THEREFORE I WAS NOT SATISFIED. THE PRODUCT WAS WONDERFUL. THEY COME, AND THEY TAKE MEASUREMENTS AND APPARENTLY THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO MEASURE SO THEY'VE BEEN TO THE HOUSE THREE TIMES. WE HAD TO CALL REPEATEDLY TO FIND OUT WHAT THE STATUS OF THE JOB WAS. THEY FIRST CAME TO BEGIN THE JOB IN AUGUST. THEY ACTUALLY CAME LATE JULY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

I COULDN'T HAVE DONE IT MYSELF. IT WAS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY HAD A WIDE SELECTION AND A VARIETY OF OPTIONS IN NOT ONLY THE MATERIALS, BUT IN THEIR PACKAGES. THEY HAVE A QUICK TURN AROUND TIME. FROM THE TIME OF PURCHASE TO DELIVERY WAS ABOUT A WEEK. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
