NO INTEGRITY- I hadnt seen one negative review here, and words like honest and professional kept popping up. We decided to hire Fabio and he was great, responsive, started on time, ect. During the week they were at the house, they were a bit messy (dumped saw dust on the side of the front porch and in the back), broke a window (window was not in great shape to begin with, but they tore it up and no one said anything until I asked and Fabio confirmed it was one of his guys- but they fixed it, so no big deal). I figured that was par for the course and overall was pretty happy with the work. HOWEVER, within a week the poly started to pop and turn white between boards. Fabio assured me this was no big deal, and he could easily take care of it. Long story short, 2+ months later and he won't return emails or text messages (I have tried calling but the voicemail but it is full). He did, twice, say he was coming over, and twice we waited only for Fabio to be a no show. I would stay away from Hamilton Pro. While they are super good at sales, okay during work time, Fabio has displayed no integrity in deciding to blow us off. The value for the money is low as I now have to pay someone to clean up the issues left behind.
