This is for the Barnum Ave. Stratford location. I bring both vehicles there now (Subaru and Ford Ranger). Service and $ better than dealers. Professional, courteous, friendly and punctual. Up front about all repair items and cost. Mine are older vehicles which have had more complicated repairs, but they have been able to handle everything well over the last several years. Trustworthy.

I went in for 90k mile maintenance and to check on some problems with ABS system. They provided reasonable estimates, checked everything over and called me with the prices before doing any work, which I appreciated since there turned out to be a lot of work needed. I was not pressured to do any work that wasn't needed immediately, but instead given complete estimates on work that would needed to be done in the future, and when I should look to get it done. Overall very professional.

They are one of the top listed. They are always honest and accurate and precise of the diagnosis in terms of auto maintenance. They don't pressure you to purchase unnecessary items. They would recommend you items only if necessary and they maintain records of all of it. When you go to them sometime later you have a record of what they have exactly diagnosed.

It was my first time I used them. They did check everything, but they didn’t try to sell any other service to me. I went for an oil change and they just did the oil change. I made an appointment for 9.30 and I was out of there by 10 o’clock. They also gave me a $7 coupon off.
