 + -1 moreCalls were not returned in a timely manner, and at times not at all. They may have gotten too much business resulting in deteriorating service. Having found alternatives, would suggest using other sources until they remember that they are in a service field.
Description of Work: Having used the company in the past, gave them first crack at providing an additional plasma television. Although their rates were competitive, they failed to return calls in a timely manner, failed to respond to simple requests for information, and were unable to provide requested service to equipment that had been purchased at their store. As a result, went to a competitor in order to get better service and support. TV price $4,500.00.
