The proprieter Sigal came in and gave us a decent price and we went with him. That's when the nightmare started. He never showed up on time and the project was delayed by a couple of months. Eventually he showed up with 2 guys and they spent about 4 hours digging holes around our property.They ended up digging holes in our paved driveway as well. We decided to terminate the job at that point and requested that he refund us out initial deposit of $3500 minus his cost of labour for the 4 hours of work. But he never did comply and left us saying that he would refund the cash but that has not happened. He always screens your calls and never picks up unless he wants to. I have complained to the Better business bureau and he has not responded to their official request for comment. So essentially I made the error of paying half of the cost of the job upfront which I have written off now. So please stay away from this person and the various forms and names that his compnay takes.

Took about a week to get an estimate. He barely measured the distance between gate posts. Took 6 weeks to deliver (I made the mistake of paying in full up front). The hardware he delivered do not fit my posts.
