I had 2 separate HVAC companies come out as well (both recommended by Weil McLain ). Both confirmed that the boiler was completely installed incorrectly. Mr Turnick had never set up the primary and secondly loops that were required and the indirect water heater wasn't set up as a "priority" zone, which is why I keep running out of hot water. Estimates to re-install the boiler are $2,400-$2,500.00.
I have tried to reach Mr. Turnick over the past week to discuss our issue but the phone just rings. No one answers. No machine picks up.
