+ -1 moreWe thought everything went fine...we've had heat for the past 3.5 years! However, we've been running out of hot water from time to time over the past few months. We renovated our master bath last year so I thought that maybe we needed a larger hot water heater. One plumber came out to give me an estimate but felt that the hot water heater wasn't the problem; the boiler was never installed properly. I had 2 separate HVAC companies come out as well (both recommended by Weil McLain ). Both confirmed that the boiler was completely installed incorrectly. Mr Turnick had never set up the primary and secondly loops that were required and the indirect water heater wasn't set up as a "priority" zone, which is why I keep running out of hot water. Estimates to re-install the boiler are $2,400-$2,500.00. I have tried to reach Mr. Turnick over the past week to discuss our issue but the phone just rings. No one answers. No machine picks up.
Description of Work: Mr. Turnick of AccuTemp installed a Weil McLain high-efficiency boiler for us.
