 + -1 moreINITIALLY HE PRESENTS HIMSELF AS TRUSTWORTHY, VERY RELIGIOUS, AND PURPOSELY UNDERBIDS JOBS AND USES LENDERS HE KNOWS WILL DISPERSE MONET TO HIM WITH DEFECTIVE INSPECTION REPORTS. SEE CHANNEL 3 I TEAM INVESTIGATION REPORT.
Description of Work: ENTERED INTO MODULAR CUSTOM CAPE HOME AGREEMENT ON 4/28/2006. TOTAL COST TO BE $191,325, MINUS SITE WORK. HE INSTRUCTED ME TO USE HIS PREFERRED LENDER, HE RECEIVED OVER 85% OF MONEY WITHIN WEEK, OMITTED ALL MATERIALS, WIRING, PLUMBING, ETC. WHICH NORMALLY COME COMPLETED. HE AND CREW SAWED OFF ANCHOR BOLTS TO FOUNDATION AND NEVER BOLTED HOUSE TOGETHER. REFUSED TO COMPLETE PROJECT UNLESS I PAID MONEY ABOVE AND BEYOND CONTRACT. LEFT WITH A VIRTUAL PLYWOOD SHELL. IS CURRENTLY BEING INVESTIGATED BY AG'S OFFICE, DCP AND LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT. HAS LONG HISTORY OF FRAUDULENT PRACTICE, BEING SUED BY MANY, FIRED FROM SEVERAL MODULAR HOME COMPANIES. CHANNEL 3 WFSB INVOLVED IN ONGOING INVESTIGATION. HE HAS CRIPPLED MYSELF AND SEVERAL OTHER FAMILIES FINANCIALLY.
