Les and his crew are true professionals, I have used their service over the past five years on three properties, and they have held consistent with the way they handle each job. { True professionals at a fair price ! } Every man on the crew knows what to do, And when to do it during the process , keeping the work area clean and safe for all involved. Les is a man of his word he is 100% committed to providing customer satisfaction. The day of the very first job he did for me it snowed about six inches, I thought for sure he would reschedule. But much to my surprise when i got out of work i found his crew half way threw a three day project of removing over one hundred over grown hemlocks approx eighty feet tall . Every time i have ever call Les for a quote he has managed to meet with me in a day or less, Truly remarkable ! I have told all my friends and relatives about my satisfaction with Les and his crew, and now i am telling you. I've had Les and his crew out 2 different times now. The crew is very professional work perfectly together getting the job done quick and efficiently. The work is always high quality everything is cleaned up, no mess when they leave. Pricing is always more than fair, and scheduling in my experience is always timely.

Excellent. Les was very responsive. Provided me a prompt quote after having the tree and property looked at that same day. They added me to the schedule and called me the day before they were coming as a reminder. When I got home the next day from work, if it weren't for the tree being obviously gone, you never would have known they were there. Not a trace. My lawn wasn't trampled, no branches, limbs, twigs or pine needles left behind. They swept up all the needles! They ground the stump, leveled the land and just made whole area look clean. And they were super competitive regarding price. One other popular tree service known for quality was much more expensive but i dont think they could have done a better job then Les's crew at Urban. Couldnt be happier!

Excellent!  Great value. Very professional.  Les came over and gave me an estimate soon after I called.  He made recommendations and even suggested keeping one of the trees that I originally wanted to remove.  By pruning it and removing the others his team accomplished my goals of creating more sun in my yard and less debris on the roof, in the gutters and on the ground.  I highly recommend Urban Foresters for any tree work needed.

They did an outstanding job they let me know exactly what they were going to do.  They were on time and gave me an outstanding deal.  I have used other tree service companies in the past and my yard was a mess.  I could not even tell that trucks were parked all over cutting down trees all day.

They are very helpful and reasonable with their pricing. I have used them in the past. They are very easy to work with.

Everything went well with this company. My initial phone call was answered by a real person instead of an answering machine, and that person was very helpful. He described their equipment's capability and assured me it could handle the huge stumps. We had been concerned that the stumps would require a large excavator which would run into thousands of dollars. The follow up call to schedule the work was prompt, and the work was done on time and as agreed. This company is easy to work with: knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt.

Everything went very well.  I don't like dealing with trees due to the possibility of errors creating damage and the expense it takes to have trees cut down.  However, I was so impressed with Urban Foresters I am having them come back in a few weeks to cut down a tree that is in my backyard.  I can also attest to several (at least 6) of my neighbors also using their services and being very satisfied with their work.

They did a good job.  It was excellent, perfect and I had no complaints.  Everything was wonderful.  I might have spent $2500 or $5000 on that service.  Their price was lower for what they did, they should have charged more because they did so much work.

Les showed up on time for both quote and job. His crew did a professional job, stacked wood and removed branches, etc. I was thinking about taking down more trees, but Les talked me in to just doing some trim work instead. He doesn't like removing trees just for the sake of doing so. He's a true professional and is looking out for the best interest of his customers and the planet. His price was reasonable but probably not the least expensive I could have found if I looked around more. I believe in you get what you pay for. No complaints here.

Les responded to our call promptly. Gave us a time frame. Called a few days before to let us know when they were coming. Showed up early in the morning with a crew of 5 men. They skillfully removed this monster of a tree and cleaned up as the branches fell. They roped the branches so they didn't destroy the fence on one side or the wires on the other side. After completing the tree removal, another worker ground out the stump. Another truck came and removed the very large branches. Then they raked and leveled off the ground. The tree was there for approx. 90 years. It now looks like there was nothing there. We were very satisfied with the job and highly recommend them.
