Yes, I recommend this pro
Even though the entire arm of the chair had broken off, the repair person was able to take the chair out of my home and repair it like new. There is no trace of a break. I had hoped that I would not be charged for the repair, and I wasn't, even though I had bought the set three years earlier. Of course, I'm still upset that the chair broke in the first place, but I have to give the company credit for the repair.
