Since we hadn't been through the process previously, we didn't really have any context for the quality of the service and it seemed good enough at the the time. He came at the recommendation of our realtor and friends that had recently used him. He had us with him throughout, gave some feedback along the way, asked us for questions. He found a small list of items that should be resolved. Within months of moving in, we had found our own list of items that should have been found during the inspection and were much more impactful than his list: - Rotted/molded section of wood into basement bringing in water - Heating/Air zone non-functional - Outdoor Outlets non-functional - Outdoor Water faucet non-functional - Laundry faucet shut-off non-functional I understand that an inspection won't necessarily uncover everything lurking in a house, but several of these are pretty basic and just take time and thoroughness that we didn't receive.

Due to negligence, they are being sued by our attorneys office. The first week we moved in we spent 6 thousand dollars fixing what they missed, never checked or ignored.
