It was a great car buying experience. I bought a 2007 Honda Civic EX w/ Navi used from Lia Honda of Enfield in February of 2010. I had found the vehicle online via their intuitive website and for the options and mileage, the price was fantastic. They were overall very responsive to my inquiries and needs, but they did take some time in returning my initial correspondence, but once things got established, they were very attentive to my needs and questions. They were open to answering all my questions regarding services, extended warranty, and price. They were not high pressure to me and truly helped provide a great car buying experience. I would intend to purchase another vehicle from them in the future as I like Honda's and they have done well by me in the nature of car buying and in servicing my vehicle as needed.

The service went very well. Sometimes, when I bring something back to them, then they will not charge me, which is nice. If they cannot find the issue, they will not charge me, which is a nice way of doing things. They correct it. I had some issues way back like going for an emission. I brought the Honda to two other places, kept charging me around $18 and it was totally ridiculous. Lia Honda had a machine that could do something. They took a while, but remedied the issue. It was horrible and ridiculous with other companies because it was not done correctly. Lia Honda was polite and courteous. They were very good and very fair. The price is very reasonable.

I was not that excited about Lia Honda. For the amount of money I paid, I thought that I had receive more. While they seem very professional in some areas; their customer service is ok but could improve.
