My am radio stopped working on my 2010 Prius. Gale made 3 attempts to fix the problem before they discovered that mice had eaten the wires connecting the antenna to the radio. They replaced the wires and the radio worked. The radio repair was under warranty, but since the problem was not a defect, I had to pay for the wire. They did not charge me for the hours of labor.
Gale has treated me well in all of my experiences except for an issue with the finance department. My cars have been serviced quickly and I sometimes receive a senior discount.

Their service is excellent, the staff is friendly and the price is fair. They provide you with a loaner car when the service is going to take longer than an hour or so. They call when the job is complete and you pick up the car.
