We had more work of a repair nature as well as some wall construction that we were going to let him quote however he is no longer allowed on the property.
Previous to our disagreement he did some siding work at my home which he left uncompleted. He did return to complete but my brother in law who has done this type of work for years pointed out in less than 30 seconds
how sloppy his work was.
I also have heard from reliable people about work he did that was sloppy and not up to code.
