 + -1 moreWe are a small housing authroity. We had an agreement to pay by the 10th. Unfortunatly we underwent a management change as well as our computers were down for a week. All this was explained to him. He was told we should have check by the tenth. Due to above problems we had a payment by the 22nd of July the work was completed on july1. I understand his frustration however he became verbally abusive on the phone and threatening. His work is less than average along with his lack of professionalism and his temper would make me stay away. We had more work of a repair nature as well as some wall construction that we were going to let him quote however he is no longer allowed on the property. Previous to our disagreement he did some siding work at my home which he left uncompleted. He did return to complete but my brother in law who has done this type of work for years pointed out in less than 30 seconds how sloppy his work was. I also have heard from reliable people about work he did that was sloppy and not up to code.
Description of Work: Repaired wall hit by car. Showed up on time and performed job ok. Did interior structure sheetrock and siding repair.
