Once I let him know I wasn't exactly happy with his response time, I never had a problem after that.
In all fairness to contractor, I called right after the winter from h*** when many homes in area were damaged by ice damns.
Also, the tornado that came through the area put additional pressure on many of the contractors.
Dennis showed up to do the work on time and was very professional and friendly throughout the process. Any concerns or questions I had, he responded to immediately. I can't find a thing to complain about. He's a good man, and does good work at a fair price. He will work with you to make sure you are happy with results.
My wife is very happy with the matching of the swirls in the ceilings and has said she is glad we went with Dennis for this job.
Very clean and made sure he covered all areas to protect against dust and paint. i was impressed when he ran a drop cloth from the back of his truck, down the walkway to the front door so as not to track anything in to house. He did sheet rock work one day and came back second day to paint.
I told him he could leave the plastic up from day one and we would work around it seeing he was coming back the next day to paint. He said "no way, we are going to give you your house back, we can tape and rehang the plastic when we come back".
