The timeframe was expected to be 3 to 6 weeks but took 8+ weeks from beginning to end but with explanation. The employees and subcontractors showed up as promised almost always within 1/2 an hour of time promised and Susan was great in texting me if plans needed to be changed. Overall the job went smoothly and we are mostly happy with the final outcome. Best is the countertops. Worse is the hinges on the cabinets that over time (now that it has been 6 months) don't close as perfectly as when brand new. This speciafically is for the swinging doors. The sliding cabinets still close solidly but the doors that swing parallel to the floor tend to adjust slightly which makes them not line up perfectly and not close all the way. Minor issue but noticeable and slightly frustrating.
Ceiling contractors got the new ceiling in (okay job/not great though painting job was very good), plumber had to come and clean up piping in basement that wasn't supported properly and electricians did their thing. Backsplash and tile came out ok (older sheetrock led to tiles not being the flattest surface so we'll accept the outcome)
The biggest kudos to Susan is that when we were done (or thought we were done) the new sink pipes had a leak which resulted in water seeping under the brand new hardwood floors and lifting up (about a 1/4') in a 2and quot; wide by 2 ft long area, ugghhhh!!!!She got the plumber back out the next day, he found and fixed the leak and she had the floorer come back out and resurface and seal the floor again! Nicely done during a busy time (pre Thanksgiving) and though we could tell Susan was pressed with other projects she kept her word and worked through the issue.
Overall we really like the kitchen and it was such an upgrade from the previous knotty pine. Susan's team was great (especially her main contractor). We plan on using her account once we enjoy our kitchen a little longer.
The contractor, Tom, was excellent to work with. He protected our floors leading into the bathroom each day; he was prompt and cleaned up at the end of each day. His work was superb.
We love our new bathroom and definitely recommend B'n C Cabinetry.
