Remove all siding, foam & wrap from exterior. Inspect exterior for damage. Install tyvec house wrap & DuPont 4" rubber flashing on all doors-& windows.install green guard 1/2  ridge foam R3 duck tape all seems. Install Mastic 21/2" window casings on all doors & windows. Installed Mastic 6" foam filled corners & 4" corners. Installed white Azetc w/cortex fasteners on front porch. Installed approx 32 sqs Certainteen Monogram D4 Pacific Blue on house, garage, both sheds. Installed white vented soffits & open up for airflow. Installed white coil stock on all fascia, gable & garage doors w/new sweeps.
  Gary who installed the siding did a fabulous job. Ron & Gary are both great craftsman they keep things clean & picked up as they worked.

I was very grateful for the time and energy spent on replacing a front door on a very old house that was far from plumb.  The two workers spent a good part of one day working on the door on a house that was old and rickety.  The end result was an installation that was done in an excellent manner.  I think the door is now the most  solid part of the whole house! 

Ron was quick to respond and to provide estimates for our job.  He was very knowledgeable, working with us to explore different options to meet our needs. The job was done beautifully in a professional manner and on time, despite some unexpected problems encountered along the way(quickly resolved) and the EXTREMELY HOT weather!  Much attention was paid to details and everything was cleaned up nicely.  We love the new look of our house and would highly recommend TO DO LIST.

Ron  and his coworker Gary spent the better part of 2 weeks doing the entire job. Although that may seem like a long time they were very conscientious in wanting to make sure that the work was done in a very detailed and professional manner. Although we had some idea as to what we wanted to have done Ron took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do and also gave us some other ideas which as it turned out we decided to do (namely having a picture frame deck) He was really great in explaining what he was going to do almost on a daily basis.

Simply an outstanding job! He went over and above of what was required, on budget and on time. A true craftsman, very punctual and keeps you informed with progress reports. This man is one of the most reliable person I have had the pleasure of meeting and I have been walking this earth for 84 years!

There were a couple unforeseen issues that came up that Ron and I worked very well together to come up with solutions.

-Since the house had aluminum siding from 1977, it was difficult to find new stuff that would match. Ron had to get some additional siding and move around a bunch of the existing siding to get the exterior to look good.

• We also found out that the original drywalling work done years ago to cover up one of the holes, was not done properly to say the least. The drywall patch completely fell into the house while Ron was working on the exterior. Ron put up new drywall, taped, and plastered the seams no problem.

Overall very pleased with working with Ron and the finished product.

They were responsive, they did a good job, they provided high quality work and their prices were reasonable.

Ron, was very professional and gave a reasonable quote on both the cost and time to complete the project. During the project, he was respectful of our time and space and cleaned up at the end of the day. His work on trim was exceptional! All in all, we felt he did a great job. We are now enjoying lower energy bills due to the replacement windows and they look great too!

The job went very well and I'm very happy with the end product. Several serious issues were found when work was being done and it affected the timeline and cost of the job. The added work was explained in detail up front and what the consequences would be if it was not fixed. Doing the job the right way was a major concern for Ron and doing is almost always the not the cheapest in the short run. Ron and crew did it the right way and I'm confident that in the long run I will save money.
