I cannot say enough good things about this company. We lost a very old 20' retaining wall, stairs, & small porch area in the middle of the night. Once we called Pools & More, they came out quickly & provided several different estimates, giving us multiple options for the project. They met us at the material supplier & were patient as we decided what we wanted to use. Once the project commenced, they were always professional, on time, & courteous. After the project was completed, the area was cleaned beyond our expectations. The finished project far surpassed anything we had expected. Would definitely recommend!

Mike and his collegue were very friendly, very helpful and did a great job fixing our pool. The liner is still in tact. If we ever need them again for anything else we will definately call them again.

They were very prompt. John came to the house the same day I submitted my request. Then Mike came out to check out the problem and talked to us more about the damage and the pool itself. Very professional and informative. We got our pool fixed in less than a week. We ended up with another problem, called Saturday and they are coming out today to look at it. They are great.

I rate them so highly that I would use them again. They were professional and knowledgeable, easy to deal with, and were very good in explaining what they were proposing to do and what was involved. They were patient and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. They were also prompt and workman-like in performing the project. Such was their professionalism and ability to address our questions that we chose them over less priced contractors.

EXTREMELY professional and efficient, did exactly what he said he would do and called him back on small issue- resolved the very next day! Very happy with performance and service. We are in the pool every day enjoying it.

So far so good. Waiting for our installation to be scheduled, but I must say that this company is EXCELLANT about follow up and all about communication!
