Shawn at Liberty Plumbing is outstanding. He has done commercial work for me at Cold Creek and he will continue to be the first person I call for any job I have, home or commercial. His work is meticulous and the price is fair. I highly recommend Liberty.

They severely overcharged me, using fancy new equipment to do work that could have been done faster and less expensively manually. They overcharged for products that they used and were not willing to cut me a break when the well almost immediately stopped working and they had to be called again. They charged me $2300 for less than $100 worth of products (retail, I checked later) and spent 3 hours going back and forth to their base standing in my driveway talking and setting up a machine that could do the work for them, at my expense, for products they should have carried with them to this type of a job. Then they wanted another $1700 to come back again and fix it a second time (there was a rock in the line blocking the pipe since they had not cleaned it out properly when they stirred it all up doing the job the first time). When asked if they could cut me a break on the second job ( I was laid off at the time and told them so -the owner replied he had a fancy new truck to pay for). I found somebody else to fix it for $75 the second time (compare to his $1700) and that time it worked right.

It didn't go well because they never provided an estimate for the job. They just wanted our time.

Fast work with quality service.

They're very expensive, but they do excellent work. Sean has always done the work for us, and even worked on our home before we owned it. He's very honest and thorough, and he's an excellent resource in performing service and coordinating work with other companies.

The work is holding up excellent. He is efficient, prompt, and he does the work as fast as he can, even if you are looking down his shoulder, which I did out of pure interest. The price is a little high, but he used the most powerful roto rooter that was there. A small roto rooter would not have done the job. For the labor, the price was excellent.

We were very pleased with the quality of service from Shawn at Liberty Plumbing.  He was recommended to us by some friends and we were very happy with his work.
Shawn was very friendly and professional.  He was also very courteous and clean! He put down cloths to make sure water did not get on the floor.  When he finished everything he brought in his own dustpan and brush to sweep up! He was very timely about fixing the problems as well, which required tightening some nuts on the washer valve and replacing the sink drains and the like under the sink.
Shawn had to travel a bit to get to us, but said because we were new homeowners he would cut his travel fee in half for us, which was much appreciated. We will definitely be calling Liberty with any plumbing issues we may have in the future.
