basement waterproofing
 + -1 moreWhen he left, without giving us a quote, he said he had to consider the 'technical alternatives'. We never heard from him again. The next 2 companies both quoted on the first visit.
Description of Work: Showed up to give us an estimate to waterproof the basement where we had groundwater come in. Talked about putting in drains inside the basement and a sump.

 + 5 moreThis included excavating, foundation work. Their suggestions were great, and solved the problem. I compared prices, and he was right in middle.
Description of Work: Over the last year they have done a lot of work. They did all drainage work in my yard, installed a nice patio.
