A completely amazing team with clear leadership on-site and accountability to the boss even when he's not here. We've had more than a dozen different landscaping, masonry, lawn care, and native stone and boulder projects completed by Warren's company and we've been deeply impressed by his professionalism, creative cost-saving solutions and unwavering commitment to our happiness for every one. Designing Nature's crew always arrives on the day and in the time window they say they will, and they complete the job they've committed to even if it's getting dark. This team can work miracles and Warren consistently quotes us honestly and accurately so we can flex our budget as a given project progresses. Warren was very responsive from the beginning and all through the job. Despite both of our vacation schedules, he managed to stay in touch and provide timely feedback. He also provided helpful computer images of what the project would look like. The plantings came out beautifully and the stone wall is perfect. We get many compliments from the neighbors on the work that was done. Warren is extremely professional and punctual. I simply can't say enough good things about the entire experience. We intend to have him back next spring for more landscaping.

We've been using this company for years for snow removal and any landscaping jobs we have. Their pricing is competitive. They are professional and do great work. When there was one time we weren't quite satisfied, Warren was very responsive and made sure that everything was done to make us happy. He has a fantastic design sense, and took our beautifully designed pond, which had turned into a jungle, and brought it back to a new level of wonderful. We were planning to put our house on the market this spring, and they resurfaced the driveway, did a lot of repair to our stone terrace, and generally made the place look gorgeous. I would always call him first for any landscaping needs. I can't praise them highly enough.

We recently purchased our home and we had a mud puddle form in our driveway that was just getting worse with time. Warren from Designing Nature came to our home and thoroughly went through what caused the problem, solutions to correct it properly and what issues may come up when they started excavating. From beginning to end Designing Nature was professional, helpful, caring, punctual and stayed until the tasks of the day was completed. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the job. I had interviewed several contractors since we are new to home owning and wanted to make sure we got as much information as possible. A couple didn't respond after coming to see the job for several weeks. I was told they would have to come back to measure and would get back to me to schedule that. Warren from Designing Nature came with everything he needed to measure and I had a proposal within 48 hours. Everyone on his staff is kind and ready to help and ensure the job gets done right and that the client is happy, from Cindy in the office to all of his team on the job site. They did an excellent job. It is gorgeous. They were here for several hours. I did not realize that it would take that long. There was a crew. They were very polite, and he also helped me move a piece of furniture. They went above and beyond. They were fast and I would actually possibly call him to spray. He does some other landscaping things. So, we were very pleased. They were reliable, and they were very pleasant to work with. I thought the price was very fair.

I have been using them for Snow removal for the past 5 years and yard maintenance for 1 year. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. Very flexible too as I ask for a cut once every 2 weeks and they accommodate it - just charge a little extra if they need to cut twice any overgrown areas. Used them for a medium sized landscaping too and was very satisfied - they first time the job had a couple of things not done to expectation. When I informed them, the owner came down with his men and made sure things were corrected to my satisfaction.

When they do the plowing, they not only do the plowing in the track, but they have a guy come along with a shovel to clear paths so that the plowing doesn't bury everything and then make sure the cars are dug out. With the landscaping, Warren the owner, has wonderful design sense and when they do the cleanup work, they are efficient, quick, and they are very thorough.
