Corey, the owner, bid to install a full house backup generator. His people had done prior work on the house as we added solar panels. He was willing to install any brand if i wished to purchase it myself and was forthcoming on his price for Kohlers. My first try at finding an installer was unpleasant. I gave a $4k deposit to a company that stopped returning calls. Luckily MasterCard refunded my money even though over 90 days had passed. CLG required no deposit until generator was delivered which was reassuring. We went with Kohler so there would be no problem with them doing warranty work. He explained why he thought going 20Kw was overkill, but priced it both ways, explaining why even connection cost would be a little more. We went with 14Kw. Crews were pleasant, punctual and always left a clean work area. Installation looks great, too. I believe you will find Corey and CLG to be 100% honest and reasonable in price, the two most important factors to me
