Horrible experience. Met with the salesperson Dan. Told him we wanted a long heated airtub. We purchased the one he recommended and assured us had a heater. After spending $17,000 renovating the bathroom to fit this tub, we discovered it has NO heater. Expensive lesson learned, DON'T trust salesman!

Walked into Litco with no expectations that this would be a one stop location for vanities, counters, sinks, showers, tubs and all the fixin's.  Met Sarah Thomas and she was a whirlwind.  The only one on the floor and she was fielding all types of questions and offering suggestions and looking up items in catalogues and even calling colleagues to ask advice or opinions.  Choosing my bathroom fixtures was more like girls night out than work.  I've seen her work with other clients while i was roaming around and she has an ear and eye on everyone.  I would stop to look at something and see her nodding or giving the "keep moving" signal.  I love everything she chose (I won't even pretend I picked anything out).  Her interest was always in choosing what was best for my project and budget.  She arranges when the items are to be ordered as well as when they will be delivered.  She checks items before they are placed on the truck. Even though she knew I would be disappointed in the delay she also knew that she couldn't send anything that wasn't perfect.  This project has gone on for months and she is still as invested in making everything right as she was when she was selling the merchandise."
