 + -1 moreCalled for an estimate for car repairs. Gave my name, vehicle info and work I wanted performed and was told I would receive a call back with a price. I never got a call back!
Description of Work: I decided to give Don's Auto Care Center another try even though during the last service they over tightened my wheels lug nuts so much, I couldn't get them loose. I had to bring the car back to Don's and they used a long breaker bar to loosen the lug nuts. I called Don's and spoke with Steve the service writer and asked for an estimate. I gave him the vehicle information, the work I wanted performed and my contact information and he said he would price the work and get back to me. That was 4 days ago and he hasn't returned my call. And to think that I've referred 2 of my neighbors to Don's who have given him their business. No more referrals from me!

 + -1 moreJob went well completed on time as promised. A 10% discount was given for scheduling online as advertised. Very pleasant people to deal with. Have been going there for years for all my automotive needs never had a problem. Estimate given by Dave was always accurate never charged above the estimate given which is a plus in my book.
Description of Work: Remove and replaced both lower control arm ball joints. Remove and replaced front and rear brake pads and rotors

 + -1 moreWELL, THE OWNER IS VERY COURTEOUS. I'VE KNOWN HIM FOR A VERY LONG TIME. THERE GARAGE IS VERY CLEAN AND IT JUST MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT WHAT YOU THINK. AND THEY ALSO SERVICE ALL THE POLICE CARS IN THE AREA.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED A GAS TANK AND ALSO THEY REPLACED A SOLENOID AND A FUEL PUMP.
