He was very pleasant and professional, but I have been disappointed by his knowledge to carry out the project and his ability to design. I would not recommend him for a renovation or an addition which require creativity.

We are very happy with Lou. Not only is he very professional and pleasant, he actualy advised us on a number of aspects of home renovation. We were especially impressed and appreciative that Lou didn't just walk away after delivering his drawings, he kept in touch and followed up on the contractor's work. As a result, some crucial issues were picked up and remedied. Also, Lou is very straightforward and honest. He doesn't charge a fee to come out and scope out the work for an estimate (unlike others who contacted us) and his rates were very reasonable. We would highly recommend Lou.

Lou was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We tore down a ranch and built a two-story, 3300 sqft house in its place, so this was a significant project. Lou started with several plan options, but he was flexible and incorporated our preferences along the way. Part of our property is a wetland, so Lou went before the local environmental commission and presented our plans for their approval. I enjoyed working with Lou and would hire him again.

Luis was great. He was professional from the start. We were planning a major addition to our home with a remodel and restructure of existing surrounding areas. He listened to our needs and captured what we were looking for while still providing his own artistic flair on the project. He provided in my case two different design layouts which really helped us visualize the project to help us finalize down to final drawing. Entire time, he kept under consideration our budget. I would definetly use him again plan to do so for kitchen remodel we plan for next year.
