The installation is professional and high quality. Robin, in the Quaker Hill branch, was accommodating and helpful. The kitchen looks great and was exactly what they promised. They were trustworthy - gave them a key to my home so they could come and go.

First, we covered the hardwood floors with rozin paper and cardboard to protect them as they were brand new. The guys dropped nails and screws everywhere without picking them up and they got under the paper and scratched all of the floors. They installed the island over the rozin paper we put on the floors to protect them and when completed, the island was out of square and you could see the rozin paper (and still you can see some under the island). They put the wrong type of kickplates under the cabinets and in some instances didn't put any at all (the cabinets were maple and the kickplates were like red oak). They put our subzero refrigerator in wrong and the handle is loose on the paneling over the refrigerator and the cabinets and drawers. They didn't have enough hinges and installed the wrong hinges. I was very understanding when the manager said they would be back. When they came back it was necessary to take everything out and reinstall it. They still did not fix the loose handles or some of the hinges. The manager was very nice and said they would be back once again to fix the remaining items. I spoke to him on several occasions and he said they were busy but would be back. It is now two years since they promised to fix things and I don't want them back. They left terrible messes inside and outside the house which we promptly cleaned up ourselves after every time they were here. No pride in their work, not considerate, and couldn't care less. We hired our own remodeler to correct some of the things and considered it a lesson learned not to ever use them again, for anything. If we were to do anything in the future-it would not be with them.
