Arrived promptly but charged for the time to pick up the faucet which I could have easily done except the plumber offered to do it.
Faucet was replaced in less than an hour, we were charged $260.00 and one day later the faucet cold water stopped working.
The company was notified and a second plumber was dispatched and fixed the issue. This was our 3rd project with this company and on all 3 jobs they had to be recalled because all 3 jobs were done poorly.
I have to mention, the plumber that did come by was courteous and professional, and he told me exactly what the problem was; I needed a new faucet. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need. It took him 10 minutes to pin point the leak and $100 from my pocket.
